Certain classes have the Dual Wield trait (formerly known as ambidexterity),
allowing them to wield a weapon in both hands. The damage that the offhand
weapon does is scaled by the trait's rank.
Dual Wield I: Offhand weapon deals 50% damage.
Dual Wield II: Offhand weapon deals 75% damage.
Dual Wield III: Offhand weapon deals 100% damage.
